Some tips to enhance the platform to bring it on level with the competition: first of all build a strong community by offering dating tips, forums for discussion,
and enforcing guidelines that promote a positive environment. These are just means to make the users feel that their needs are considered and have an actual impact: sincere feedback is essential for growth and developing efficient marketing strategies. The best way to promote the platform is to disclose statistics such as matching percentages and relationships metrics. It would also be ideal for the platform's long term sustainability to also focus on what it can provide for people after they match and develop a relationship, otherwise the platform would only be fueled by single people and since it's goal is to help people *not* be single it seems like a conflict of interest: a way to solve this would be to create dedicated digital spaces for people that want to share and meet for specific interests such as sports, tea discussions, games, etc. Another extremely effective tip is to allow and support the emergence of influencers on the platform so that users feel a deeper connection and a greater incentive to log in daily (not just credits). Of course, modelling the UI into a more modern look rather than a 90' blog would also help to convey the *Elite* feeling.
